Explanation

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs signed the five-year MoU with the Association of ARCs in India. The association represents Asset Reconstruction Companies registered with RBI. The agreement aims to strengthen IICA’s Post Graduate Insolvency Programme through industry experts, research, data sharing and professional opportunities. IICA is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The 22 October release says the MoU was signed recently, so that publication date should not automatically be described as the exact signing date.
